Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your work email, name and the persona you chose (exporter, importer or customs house agent), to run your account. Emails are stored encrypted.
- Your organisation's details (legal name, IEC, GSTIN) when you enter them, to prepare reports and readiness checks.
- Shipment details you check (product, HS code, destination) and documents you upload for a document check.
- Counterparty legal-entity names and countries you screen. Personal data about private individuals is never collected for buyer screening.
How we use it
To answer your checks, produce and revalidate reviewed reports, screen counterparties against published sanctions lists, and send you the notifications you have turned on. Reviewers see the shipment and documents they are assigned; they never see what you paid.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Reports are shared only through links you create. Payments are processed by our payment provider under their own terms. We do not transmit your data to ICEGATE.
Retention and deletion
Reviewed reports and their audit trail are retained so that a signed report can be checked later. You can request deletion of your account from Settings; personal data not required for that audit trail is removed.
Your choices
You can sign out of a device at any time, change notification preferences under Settings, and contact us at the address above about your data. See also the Terms of Service.
